You are solely responsible for how the content is used. We do not claim any copyright over the final output, nor do we restrict how it’s used — but we also accept no liability for the consequences.
3. Your Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree:

  • The output is generated based on your inputs

  • You must review and, if necessary, edit the script before use

  • You are responsible for ensuring any final content is legally compliant, accurate, and appropriate

4. No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” and without any warranties

  • We make no guarantees about accuracy, performance, or suitability

  • We are not liable for any loss of revenue, reputation, opportunity, or data

  • We accept no responsibility for how the generated scripts are used

  • Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to £1

We are not liable for any claim, damage, or loss resulting from your use of the Service — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content for scams, misleading claims, or unlawful use

Our subscription plans are designed for normal personal and business use. While we don’t impose strict limits, usage is subject to fair use. Excessive or automated use that impacts service quality or costs may result in suspension, additional charges, or cancellation of your subscription.
